In observance of its centenary, MG Motor India has updated its 2024 model lineup costs. The carmaker has introduced the ZS EV’s entry-level Executive trim to the nation for Rs. 18.98 lakh (ex-showroom). The price difference between this new trim and the previous entry-level Excite variant is Rs. 1 lakh.
The ZS EV Executive’s battery and powertrain are unchanged mechanically by MG. It still draws power from a 50.3kWh battery pack, which enables the motor to generate 173 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque. With a single, fully charged battery, this pack has an ARAI-certified range of up to 461 kilometers and can be charged from 0% to 80% in 60 minutes using a 50kW DC fast charger.
In other news, the automaker has changed the cost of the MG Comet EV, its small electric vehicle. The Play and Plush variants are now more reasonably priced at Rs. 1.40 lakh, while the entry-level Pace variant’s price has been lowered by Rs. 1 lakh.
